Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on tq999, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Accounts opened with false details may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Residential Address

KYC Verification:

For security purposes, tq999 reserves the right to verify your identity after registration or before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). KYC verification typically requires one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — scanned copy or clear photo of both sides
• First page of passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill (for address verification)

Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on tq999. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Any age verification discrepancy will result in the immediate closure of the account in question.

Accepting bonuses and promotional offers from tq999 automatically makes the following terms applicable. Claiming a bonus without reading the related terms and conditions may lead to issues later.

Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only
• A deposit is required to claim a bonus — if a bonus code applies, it must be entered at the time of deposit
• A minimum 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited
• Bet amounts must not exceed ৳500 while playing with a bonus

Cashback & Other Promotions:

• Weekly cashback is automatically credited to eligible members' accounts
• To receive the referral bonus, the referred friend must complete registration and make their first deposit
• If multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are used to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be voided

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

Tq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information

• Bonus system abuse
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Involvement in financial fraud or illegal activities

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any verified balance will be returned; however, bonuses that have not met their conditions will be forfeited.
